Would you mind + 現在分詞（V-ing）

用來委婉地請求某人做某事或詢問對方是否介意某件事，常用於正式或禮貌的場合，意思是「你介意做...嗎？」。

範例 1：

請求對方做某事（用 V-ing）。

Would you mind helping me with this report?

你介意幫我處理這份報告嗎？

回答這種句型時，如果你不介意（＝願意幫忙），要說：

• No, not at all.
• Of course not.
• Sure, I’d be happy to.
• Sure, go ahead.

如果介意，可以用：

• I'm sorry but...
• unfortunately, ...

範例 2：

請求自己做某事（Would you mind if I + 過去式）。

Would you mind if I borrowed your car for a while?

我借用一下你的車你會介意嗎？

回答時同樣注意：「不介意」的意思要用 No，例如：

• No, go ahead.
• No, that’s fine.
• Not at all.

used to + 原形動詞

過去曾經⋯⋯（現在不再如此）。表示過去的習慣或狀態，但現在已改變。

範例：

I used to write code in PHP, but now I mainly use Python.

我以前常常寫 PHP 程式碼，但現在主要用 Python。

人 + be used to + V-ing / N

表示某人對某件事已經適應或習慣了。

範例：

She is used to working with Agile development teams.

她已經習慣與敏捷開發團隊合作。

物品 + be used to + 原形動詞

某物被用來做某事。

範例：

This framework is used to build scalable web applications.

這個框架被用來開發可擴展的網路應用程式。

such as

意思是「例如」，適合用在正式場合、技術文件、面試回答。

範例：

like

當介系詞時，意思是「像、類似於」，通常用來表示「相似的東西」，不一定是具體的例子。
